Pros

Friendly staff, excellent students, working from home, get paid on time each month

Cons

No benefits no overtime, reliant on administration to provide hours taught, so only get paid by the hour, so can never stop working and never have any paid holiday

Pros

- You can use phone any time since this is just phone class with limited video classes. - Not to difficult protocols

Cons

-Low pay (you have to wait for three years to get a maximum salary even though you are good at doing your job even better than the seasonal teacher) - The manager doesn't seem like she know what she was doing - There's no training. They will give you class on your first day. - They don't address the teacher's concern. - 15k salary for 29 classes? - No one hour break - They don't hire teacher's to divide the class properly but to just get more client. - Teacher's are burnt out. - freelance but not allowed to WFh. - No Government benefits - No work No pay. Even the Philippine Holiday.
