Pros

Great colleagues from all over the world. Open to 100% remote work from anywhere. As many activities are relatively new, you can gain many new skills because there's no one else to do it.

Cons

No company culture, and no real effort to create one. Management is very unprofessional. It doesn't care too much about employees and expects everything to just "happen". Politics often overrun merit. The company has run for 20 years in a state of chaos. No defined working norms or knowledge bases in most teams. Expect to create a lot from scratch and get pushbacks on any attempt at changing this.

Pros

You can propose any products that suit your territory. You can grow depending on yourself. When you need support and it is a reasonable, your manager and other team members across the organization will provide support.

Cons

Nothing . People who are not proactive will not succeed. There is no place for people who are not successful. Because this is business.
