Pros
Have a lot to learn from the projects as there are a lot with large corporations. Good team members who are generally brilliant. If you stay there for a couple of years, you will get a lot of experience to move to a good consulting company.
Cons
As a researcher, you will have a lot of projects on you without enough time. Also, the management weighs heavily on the sales side, rather than the research outcomes. Ultimately, you will get projects that you are not specialized in and there is no one to navigate you. Then, you would have to make up some poor-quality reports.
