      Pros

      Caring is a core value and it shows. Work hard, play hard. If you enjoy accepting and solving new challenges, problem solving and aren't afraid to step outside your comfort zone, you will thrive here. Opportunities to learn new skills, as professional development is emphasized. Teamwork and collaboration are a daily occurrence.

      Cons

      Culture has improved significantly so no current cons.

      Management Failure

      Pros

      Aside from a few amazing engineers and technical staff who remain with me- management culture is one of fear, failure, and dysfunction.

      Cons

      "Leadership" or upper management is anything but. The values at the top here are nothing more than a donut on a whiteboard. With the exception of early career positions there's no reason to work here. Don't take my word for it, ask the more than 20 managers, engineers, or account staff who have been "fired" or left the company in the last 3 years- that's more than 30% of the company. The churn is laughable and my guess is positive reviews are from more than 3 years ago or those early in their position. Ask how many have been at the company or in their role for more than 3 years. The turnover is a death spiral and leadership can't take negative feedback because of their egos, so they closed feedback surveys. #GoElsewhere.

      Could be great, but isn't

      Pros

      There are some great people that work here, despite all the problems. Lots of work events, if that's your thing.

      Cons

      Revolving door of employees. Huge fluctuations in company morale. Management is too slow to make necessary changes. Too many exceptions and bending over backwards for customers instead of cutting them loose if they aren't a good fit. Company seems way more focused on the net profit bottom line than keeping employees happy. Raises are few and small. Professionalism and strong leadership is severely lacking.
