"Leadership" or upper management is anything but. The values at the top here are nothing more than a donut on a whiteboard. With the exception of early career positions there's no reason to work here. Don't take my word for it, ask the more than 20 managers, engineers, or account staff who have been "fired" or left the company in the last 3 years- that's more than 30% of the company. The churn is laughable and my guess is positive reviews are from more than 3 years ago or those early in their position. Ask how many have been at the company or in their role for more than 3 years. The turnover is a death spiral and leadership can't take negative feedback because of their egos, so they closed feedback surveys. #GoElsewhere.
