      i can write an entire thesis on the employee lawsuits and resident lawsuits Pedro Gomes the CEO is facing. He is despicable human being who praises on the weak. Not to mention all of his developments is backed by drug money. We all are awaiting on the day the Feds raid his office or the real estate commission smh In addition, between June 2024 til June 2025 over 25 employees have left the company! The only remaining employees are the ones he has trapped in a lease and paying them bare minimum because they are not citizens. Not one employee there has the credentials to show or quote units. NO ONE IS LICENSE IN REAL ESTATE OR HAVE A BROKER LICENSE! - No Health insurance -No 401k -No overtime -No commission for management - No incentives (free parking, lunch, etc) -Not even an office for the Coo let alone management. -No corporate cards or Net accounts -No site maintenance staff -No emergency procedures

      Pros

      Working here has been a rewarding experience. The fast-paced environment keeps me on my toes and constantly learning. There’s real potential for growth for those who are willing to put in the time and effort. The company is currently expanding, which brings exciting opportunities for advancement and for new team members to join. One of the biggest positives is the people; everyone works extremely hard and genuinely cares about making a difference for our residents.

      Cons

      Like any job, it’s not perfect. The fast pace can be demanding, and it’s definitely a place where you need to be self-motivated and committed. Success here takes hard work and time, and it’s not for someone looking for an easy ride.

      Absolutely none. To any one reading, all the "good" reviews about this place are fake.

      I have never seen such psychopathic, con-man behavior in my life. Under no circumstance should anyone work here. If you do, in 30 days you will come to regret your decision in a never ending cycle of abuse and lies. Abuse Witnessed: My final payroll was withheld Lying about work hours (everyone expected to work saturdays) Abusive shouting matches at 7am in the morning Constantly put down Constant crying in the office Lying to multiple government agencies Extreme prejudice against section 8 housing applicants Vacation with out pay - even though we have "vacation" days - some how never qualifies
