      Pros

      Wonderful business model. Can make real change if they meet their goals. There are really smart good people there (just not the majority).

      Cons

      Zero benefits and pay is sub-sub-standard. Openly racist management. Development team completely cut off from executive layer. Not a lot of experience on the team as they optimize their teams based on cost.

      Some people were smart and nice - and they were burnt out by this job.

      Cons

      They don’t know what they’re doing, roadmap keeps changing. No empathy, hire fast and layoff fast. No transparency.
