      Awful company with no structure

      The only pro of working for this company is that it is a good bridge to another job

      This is absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for because of how things are ran. There has been an incredible turnover for leadership and sales roles. The favoritism in this company is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if you’re a high performer, they’ll burn you out. The company is an absolute mess internally. No sales process, no recruiting process, lies to clients about what the company can do for them. The owner and CEO of this company does not care about other employees outside of his personal circle (people who are low performers yet still there)

Overall, GravyWork remains stagnant, and prospective employees should seek a more supportive workplace.
