      • Heavy and long processes • Lack of flexibility • Heavy bureaucracy procedures • Poor salaries / No opportunities for increase • Insufficient Management • Toxic working environment causing everyday fights. • Employment selection based on friendship instead of skills • Unsafe to express personal opinion (you'll get fired) •Disregard of capably persons and reward of immoral • Outdated technologies and tech support • Old fashioned culture • Mandatory unpaid overtime work
