      Remote work Friendly people Fast growing startup No micromanagement

      Cons

      There are constant changes, and the leadership team keeps expanding, but it’s not always clear what some of the leaders actually contribute on a day-to-day basis. There are also hints of cronyism, while there have been internal promotions, no employee has ever been promoted into the leadership team after joining the company. All 10+ leaders were hired directly into those roles, which raises some concerns about long-term growth opportunities.

      Really fantastic work culture of A+ players constantly learning and growing. Leadership is invested in our growth and it really shows with our weekly meetings with our managers and our unique quarterly reviews which are centered around career growth. Our customers are the best and it's so meaningful to build for them.

      Guidehweel is an amazing company that is leading the Factory Ops category for real time visibility and continuous improvement. There is huge potential for growth and many opportunities for advancement. As a remote first company, Guidewheel makes sure to keep everyone in touch and involved and has a very inclusive culture with employees from all over the world.

      Some growing pains that are natural to all start ups.
