There are constant changes, and the leadership team keeps expanding, but it’s not always clear what some of the leaders actually contribute on a day-to-day basis. There are also hints of cronyism, while there have been internal promotions, no employee has ever been promoted into the leadership team after joining the company. All 10+ leaders were hired directly into those roles, which raises some concerns about long-term growth opportunities.
