Promises were made in the interview that were not kept. Disorganized, Maybe too ambitious from upper management not clearly laying out expectations and not following through on their end, Claims one thing but then completely goes back on their word, resulting in fear for employees in wanting to taking leadership roles due to retaliation and yelling from from upper management., Upper management and remote supervisor often missing when needed and would not provide the needed feedback and direction. It often times felt they were too preoccupied with other matters and RBTs left without support.

Overall work environment not great. Small business with unprofessional, personal relationships. Gossip and drama not suitable for professional setting/clinic.
