      The Employees are amazing. Always a a warm welcoming from the staff.

      Cons

      The owner will lie, cheat, and steal his way to a deal, and he is much more receptive if you are a good looking woman.

      The Owner and CEO do not know how to run a company. There are no processes in place, they bring people on to increase the head count and put them into positions they are not qualified for. The Executive team is trying hard to make changes but the Owner/CEO are resistant. Every employee there is unhappy. Paychecks are late. It is acceptable behavior to scream at coworkers. Huge financial problems. The list goes on.

      Biased...some employees have no knowledge & they are given extra-ordinary titles which they flaunt & do not work at all. They forward their work to other employees.
