Nothing at all in specific but seems like international team is quite okay compared to the domestic

Wonderful when starting out. Everyone is nice and helpful in the beginning.

Cons

Management is non-existent. If a problem arises the blame is shoved to another employee and nothing is resolved. There is no balance, no training, no resolutions, and many problems. The communication is seriously lacking and there isn't any structure throughout the entire company. There is no open door policy and there is no loyalty.

Pros

The biggest pro is it's work from home and you don't need to move to Bangalore. Colleagues are good and helpful

Cons

You are expected to work on Saturdays and even Sundays, the project leads simply ask us to work on weekends and they take an off, it is a normal practice at HS Brands I suppose. The management is careless and the HR is also very weak and doesn't have any policies in place. There are no incentives or bonuses like other companies. No additional employee benefits other than the monthly fixed salary. Not a company for long-term employment.
