Pros
Very stable organisation with great management and lead. Good ability to excel in the organisation. Good benefits, healthcare and pension plans. The culture is powered by HSBs values ETHOS, which is well developed in the company. Worklife-balance is great!
Cons
Pay is stable but lower than average.
