Very Toxic Workplace.

Pros

Good genuine people work there, they help immigrants.

Cons

It is not worth putting yourself through the mind-games that leadership make you go through. If you can learn everything by yourself, maintain everything in top shape, leadership will not get involved and leave you alone. If they notice employees are not working to their FULLEST CAPACITY AT ALL TIMES they will begin to micro-manage, to belittle, to demean people, to motivate termination, and they do not follow proper HR procedures for any of this. They will play a hot-n-cold game with you, and they will not take any of your complaints or suggestions to heart. They will only punish you for opening your mouth in the first place. There is a reason why SO MANY PEOPLE leave every single year, it is not sustainable. They renew their employees every 2 years because everyone ends up leaving, tired from the abuse.

The team and culture is great. People genuinely care about the work they do. Onboaring is extensive and there are a lot of tools to learn.

Super fast growth. Other than that nothing.
