      Pros

      HailCo is really focused on providing excellent opportunities for its employees. They conduct weekly meetings keep everyone informed of what's going on and look for ways to continue to evolve the company and make things better. I believe there is a great opportunity for HailCo to stand above its competitors and position itself for growth. Above all, HailCo is a customer focused company and stands behind their work. That's hard to find these days.

      Cons

      The company has gone through some leadership changes which has caused some growing pains. It hasn't been clear to everyone what's happened and it's resulted in internal strife.

      Pros

      I have been working with Hailco now for almost 2 years. I started as a sales rep and have worked my way up to a sales manager. My financial rewards have far exceeded my expectations coming in. I have worked very hard to achieve this, if you have a solid work ethic however you can certainly do the same. Ownership and management give you all the support you need as long as you put in the work.

      Long hours during the hail season but worth it in the long run

      Pros

      Like any independent contractor position, your results are dependent on your work ethic. The pay structure is fair. The money is good. And the supper is excellent.

      Cons

      If you don’t like to work you won’t like this job.
