Pros
Some very talented people on their design team. Flexible and casual work environment. Leadership is playful with holidays and community functions.
Cons
Not all employees are willing to help. Some are very set on advancement and backstabbing to make their way into management. Be careful who you trust. Leadership does not see it.

Cons
If you plan on learning and furthering your career, look elsewhere. Owners couldn't care less about their employees or what they think.
