I can confidently say that this is one of the best jobs I've had in my 10-year career. The management is supportive and open to new ideas, making quick decisions to create a comfortable and productive working environment. The company is built on mutual trust, with everyone trusting each other to perform their best professionally and personally. There is no pressure in the working environment, allowing for a relaxed and efficient atmosphere.
Cons
Remote working has many advantages, but also disadvantages. At the beginning it was very difficult to get used to everyone being in different time zones, but then I learned to deal with it.
