It can be rewarding if you can close a lot of deals

Cons

But they have been too strict with their incentive program, too many changes — even after closing multiple deals, you can no longer guarantee earning a penny for each one of them even for reasons you have no control over. Poor management

A lot to mention. Very alarming is the $3/hr if you meet the requirement, otherwise it's $1.50/hr. What a joke!
