      Pros

      The teams are great. The business idea is fine, but it’s a super crowded market and there is no moat around the business. They'll be beaten in the end by competitors that are smarter and more capable.

      Cons

      Medical is double the cost of any other employer I've ever had. Senior leadership takes expensive, 5-star trips and lays off 15% of the workforce. Trust is lacking, and the culture sucks. Senior team lies, promises promotions and support, and then back tracks.

      It is okay for Junior Roles to gain experience and exposure and learn “What not to Do”

      Cons

      The Entire top leadership does not have experience managing an omnichannel retail business. Writing is on the wall. Do not get swayed by the equity portion, as most likely, at some point, you will be laid off or leave for a better opportunity. Either way, a straightforward method. Join and Help to build and be forced to leave.

      Flexible Vacation, Quality Middle Management Hires, Competitive Pay, Decent Vision

      Cons

      This company is self-sabotaging itself through egotistical and narcissistic leadership across the board. Nearly every decision maker at this company believes they are God’s gift to earth and completely unwilling to listen to and respect the experience of the employees they have hired. Brand acquired have little to no growth opportunity, and thrives on their “hobby-centric” success of 2020-2021. I would not recommend working here when you are forced to work under ill-qualified and demeaning leadership. This is a sinking ship.
