      Pros

      Not Applicable. Casual attire working environment does nothing to compensate the unprofessionalism and lack of leadership.

      Cons

      Micro managing by middle management, poor leadership and communication, high turn over rate, targeting of certain employees, backstabbing, lack of equipment and resource allocation. Unprofessional, hostile working environment.

      Pros

      Money was excellent but only if you made at least 16 or more sales per week. Some people in my team were making $2k-$3k a week consistently. Laid back enviornment depending on your manager. Paid holidays, casual dress on Fridays and Saturdays. Closed every Sunday and had PTO.

      Cons

      HIGH STRESS environment especially if you don't make any sales. Commission is based on conversion rate. So if you don't make a sale to average every 1 sale per 3-5 calls your conversion drops and you make less money. Managers yell at you to stay available to take calls.
