      There are a few people that were nice.

      Cons

      If you do not originally come from the HomeBridge family or basically work in Corporate, you will not be treated with any respect or of value. You will never have a opportunity for advancement. If you come over to this company from an acquisition, be prepared to either be laid off or treated like you do not matter. Find a new job!

      Christmas bonus that is about it.

      Cons

      This place is like a slave ship. They work you like a dog and raises are very little. This is an "employer" company. Which basically meams they only care about themselves and are not very pro- employee. Everyone minds everyone elses business. If you are friends with your manager you can get promoted easy. If you are not friends or have te wrong manager, there is no growth. I would not recommend this company. The turnover rates has gone thru the roof.

      Absolute micro management, hostile yelling and screaming by senior management, misrepresentation, HR not responsive.
