      The management team genuinely cares for all employees, the atmosphere is positive, the hours are consistent, and the pay is decent.

      Demanding clientele and labor intensive work. Long hours on feet.

      Pros

      Front of house and back of house cultivate a strong supportive bond.

      Cons

      I was there for 18 months and we filtered through 5 general managers. Servers provide consistent service. Kitchen provides consistent service. Instability comes from the management level.
