The interpersonal work environment is stiff with change only being accepted slowly.

The job is rewarding and there is a lot of long-term growth potential, but certain members of management are more interested in pinching pennies, to the detriment of the employees AND the business, rather than contributing to the "positive environment" and the "family company who cares" mentality stated on the company website.
