Too many to list but here are a few - The COO is also the HR department which is totally biased. She picks favorites and if she doesn't like you she will only find a reason to let you go from the company. You can't complain to HR because she is HR. The CEO has no clue as to what goes on in the company because he's mostly absent from the office throughout the month and no one will ever go to him to express their concerns. We were encouraged to take our 2 breaks during any given day but then it was frowned upon when you had your review. If you so even coughed wrong in a meeting it was always misconstrued by "HR" and you were talked to about what issues you may be having. And there are hourly hall "patrols" to make sure that everyone is "chained" to their desk working or not doing anything out of the ordinary, yet they encourage you to step away for a moment and speak to your fellow co-workers. All in all there are some really good people who work here and I'm sure most of them feel the same way. They are mostly the non-directorial people - the little people that actually do all the work. Most directors have it made and are typically untouchable. They do not allow you to use/exchange your lunch hour for any appointment time nor do they allow you to make up time if you have an appointments to take. You must take it from your sick/vacation time.
