Pros
Hygenica has a tightly knit team of bright and ambitious people that work well together. The company has provided me with the trust and flexibility to lead the service department and develop it into what it has become today. Hard work is noted and rewarded, so I have benefited from many opportunities to better myself.
Cons
As a remote worker, it can be hard to step away from the requirements of the role but we have regular team meet ups that help.

My time at Hygenica has been very rewarding, having been given numerous opportunities to grow with promotion. The company recognises hard work and supports your development.
Cons
The job involves working from home so it can be difficult to switch off, particularly when things are busy.
