      Pushing the limits with no work life balance.

      Pros

      Will push your limits to maximum. You will be needing coming with alot of work arounds and things but still it won't be enough for the senior management.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Very less employee recognition. Low hike. Laying off employees to skip salary hikes.

      The only thing that is good here is the lower level employees who are bonded by the trauma they face everyday

      Cons

      Poor planning and execution. The CXOs in the company are the most unimpressive people I have ever met. I wouldnt trust them to even lead a team let alone an entire company.
