- Work-life balance - On-the-job training - Pretty simple and easy - No one knows what they are doing
Cons
- Mobility is based on networking, time in, and whether your coach has time for you. Not great for those who are smart and want to do meaningful work - Hard to advocate for yourself if you are remote - Too much networking based, like you could suck at your job and just know the right people and get promoted - They rarely fire people who literally suck so bad and keep them around for decades
