Good worklife balance Good learning opportunity

Cons

If you are performing well then management will try to push you down. If you want to change the code then it requires apporval. Manager doesn't even know what you are doing. If compensation ratio is high then there is no appraisal. Poor medical insurance

Best working environment. Various allowances for employees working onsite. Allowances for working on holiday is also great.

Cons

It depends on Managers. I worked under 2 managers.
