they expect you to act like a robot and be available 24/7 especially late in the night. no work life balance ever. once called or messaged they expect to be at your top performance even if its 2am in the morning

Cons
-Joined in 2025 and left in a jiffy. For such a small SME, there is an immense inescapable amount of politics which stunts productivity. -Upper management seems to be too preoccupied in ivory towers with butterfly news and end up selling koyok. -Overpromise clients, overwork and underpay and the real hard workers. -When problems arise, it is a finger-pointing game which resets any progress and momentum.
