Pros

You'll get the job if you go for the interview.

Cons

If you don't get in 1 hour early and leave around 7pm every day you are not putting the hours in. You will also be expected to work Saturdays as well. No training you just sit with one of the people earning the big money. Spend all your time working for the big boys so they can start at 9 and leave at 5. There are people there working six days a week from 7.30am till 7pm who have been there for 12 months still doing the donkey work. I got the sack for not working every Saturday and not staying late on an evening drink. That was the reason given but all feedback from so called mentor was always positive. I got in at 7.30 and left most nights at 7pm. The management use bad language at you and shout racist comments across the room. I personally think that they employ people to do the donkey work for the big boys with the promise that you'll get there some day, well some day never comes and it all depends on how long it takes you to realise it. Good luck.

Pros

- They somehow manage to land big names for employers - Most people are great, but... (read cons)

Cons

When I started, I only met the good people and felt great - until I started working with the Managing Director (and Owner) - he's a complete nightmare! He is like some "boss" character from an 80's movie and allows himself incredibly undue and unprofessional freedoms. I have not experienced any harassment but I don't know how this person isn't getting sued left and right for what he does at work? Writing this, just having experienced how a candidate was treated: She was asked about a small gap in her CV and the Director barged in, without introducing himself, started grilling her and aggressively arguing as if she's some sort of enemy? When she asked if there's a problem, he told her "I can be rude because I am qualified" - WHAT?! She was actually a strong candidate and he was just crossing line after line until she hung up. I've never seen something like this. No one should be subject to such abuse and I refuse to be a part of it! First job I get - I am out!

Pros

Not much, a couple of good people there.

Cons

Awful abusive leadership team, particularly the MD. No training. Awful pay. Aggressive leadership, lots of swearing and racism. Terrible company.
