      Pros

      Interesting clients. Work closely with the CEO who has a lot of experience in industry.

      Cons

      CEO is often unhinged. CEO will regularly berate employees privately and in front of the rest of the employees. She has her own view of reality and if yours differs, heaven help you. If you leave at a normal time you aren't doing all you can do. If you stay super late you are clearly incompetent for not getting everything done that she want you to. And that's just one example. Tears are commonplace.

      Thank you for your feedback. A digital agency environment is fast-paced. Staff work with content that publishes in real-time and requires team members that can focus on details and are willing to be flexible with their time. It is entirely understandable that a passion for excellence can be misinterpreted as being "unhinged." The day to day work can be stressful if someone is not dedicated or enthusiastic about marketing or technology. Therefore, working at an agency is not a good fit for everyone.

      Worst Company and CEO

      There are virtually no pros besides gaining what little experience/skills you can teach yourself while working there.

      Cons

      CEO is a horrible person. Workload is unmanageable. No Benefits. Low Compensation. Long Hours.

      Where possible, we will make every effort to show more flexibility. We are "old school," which means we expect employees to deliver their projects on time and to communicate if and when they need help. Without proper employee communication, it is difficult for management to make adjustments when needed to meet the expectations of our employees better. We will continue to make this a priority.       Truly horrible treatment from the management

      I have a remote position, which saves me from the hassle of commuting.

      Cons

      Employees of ITI Digital receive horrible treatment from the management! Yet, the management expects the employee to show it respect. We regularly get humiliated by the managers, and they always insult talk down on us whenever we communicate with them. So, they shouldn't be surprise when we don't respect them!
