Pros

- Hybrid - better WLB than most startups - consistent company outing and company dinner every year - Opportunities to collaborate with international teams and creators - Fast-paced environment that helps you learn quickly

Cons

As the title suggests, there’s very little opportunity to grow your career here, There hasn’t been a salary increase for almost a year. No matter how hard you work, it doesn’t make a difference—your efforts go unnoticed because your performance is judged based on other people’s failures. Anything starts with AI first now, if you are not morally inclined with that, that would be a problem.

Pros

- Direct interaction with creators and brands, building strong professional relationships. - Clear ownership over campaigns — you can see the results of your work directly. - Flexible use of digital tools and platforms to track performance. - Opportunities to develop project management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Dynamic work environment — every campaign is slightly different and keeps things interesting.

Cons

- Can be time-sensitive; following up with multiple creators requires constant attention. - Tracking metrics and reporting can be repetitive or detailed-heavy. - Campaign success often depends on external factors (creator posting schedules, engagement trends). - Sometimes balancing multiple campaigns at once can be stressful.

Pros

One of the most seamless transitions I’ve experienced. From the beginning, I felt welcomed and able to blend naturally with the team. The culture is open, collaborative, and proactive, people communicate early and clearly, especially regarding changes in the work environment.

Cons

A more structured evaluation framework would help align performance, feedback, and career progression. Some data management processes feel fragmented. Improving system organization and automation could significantly enhance efficiency and cross-team clarity.
