      The work itself- great! the company culture- won't recommend.

      Pros

      - Professionally was good for me- interesting domain and problems - Open to learn and research- many things are up to your creativity - Open minded to position change and growing within the company - Algorithmic group had great people to learn from and work with (when I was there) - Work hours are great and balanced.

      Cons

      - Low salaries & chip, compared to high-tech . OK for the 'Space' domain. - Company culture - somewhere in between governmental to hi-tech. Also, a bit toxic environment - A bit messy- both the documentation etc., the company structure, the products and plans, the schedules.. - Management and engineering are quite separated. Affects both feeling and performance of the product.

      Pros

      a big (150 people) and stable company. After work hours, you're not expected to work from home

      Cons

      a very toxic environment. managers change every several months and the task isn't clear. In addition the managers are not professional and don't come from the algorithmic field
