Although I wasn't particularly successful at the role, I really enjoyed my time there. I made friends who would I happily stay in contact with and received nothing but encouragement and support whilst I was there. In the end it didn't work out for me but the team gave me every chance to succeed right through to the end and i'll forever be grateful for that.
For anyone thinking of joining IHR, they provide a platform to work and participate amongst some of the greatest events I've ever attended. The work that goes into these events is the reason why they are so successful and there is a real team/collaborative environment about that place.
Nothing but fond memories and I wish them all the best.
Cons
None really that spring to mind. Its a challenging market to sell into, very competitive but if you enjoy the 'chase' then the rewards are great!

Thanks for taking the time to feedback on your role. Great to read your comments and any bit of advice made here is very welcome.
Amazing culture: often treated to nights out and lunches with the team to celebrate everyone's hard work. Employees are not micro managed, but there is always someone to help should you need support or guidance. Hard work is recognised regardless of how big the achievement is. I find it very refreshing that management often ask for feedback and welcome new ideas/process improvements, it creates a positive environment to be productive.
Business: going through a period of growth and expansion, creating lots of opportunities.
Really great office: In-house kitchen provided with free tea and coffee, look out over the thames, up to date IT and support services.
Cons
would like to have some regular external training to develop skillset, which I have feedback and is something being put into place.
