-Catering for breakfast once a week -Catering for lunch once a month -Free booze at all office parties/celebrations -Amazing cultural ideas -Beautiful Office -Friendly coworks -Inbound Calls only -Goals are set by your average and are reasonably atainable -Family first, no matter what
Cons
-Fake transparency -Management only cares about you as long as you're a top seller -Ridiculously cheesy and fake speeches to make you feel special, but everyone literally gets the same speech -Owners are upstairs where you can see them, but they're barely there and want nothing to do with you -Not organized -Some PoD leaders who don't sell anything, nor are they willing to help when asked -Tell you repeatedly if you need help then all you have to do is ask, but when you ask they respond with questions and not answers -When you are given a raise because of how well you've done, its only because they are now highering entry employees at the same amount as your "raise." -Told you won't be fired no matter how badly your sales are as long as you meet the CORE values, but somehow works that your sales are bad into you not meeting their CORE values. Only for regular agents, though. Leaders are allowed to not sell Jack and still keep their jobs.
