Pros

-You will never run out of things to do -The food downstairs is nice -Everything looks good on social media..

Cons

-Your expected lifespan will decrease by at least 5 years, 100% guarantee -No proper equipment provided, you have to provide your own laptop to work for them -Most managers are "yes" people, they would rather agree over a bad process, so long the work gets done and it ticks their checklist -You stay up late almost EVERYDAY to cover up for the bad project planning/management + bad execution -They expect you to pull AND execute ideas out of thin air and complete it ASAP, while juggling multiple projects at the same time. -They task you for multiple roles on multiple projects but compensate you with the pay of 1 -So understaffed that sometimes you wonder if you ever can use up your annual leave. Even if you do go on leave, your work piles up. -Constantly trying to pull in cheap inexperienced labor thinking more bodies=more output, which results in you having to do more to cover for their lack of experience. -Has a really rude sarcastic director who rather puts in effort in being rude than being clear on what he wants. -Company would rather follow clients bad advice, knowing it will cause delays in the project due to bad quality than to voice up alternatives to discuss with clients. -Various production department seem to lack basic comprehension skills or are passively ignorant, feedbacks/instruction given on work quality mostly ignored = countless retakes = dragging project further past deadline = you getting blamed for quality of work -Production team either lack basic initiative to try things on their own or theres a hidden red tape preventing them from doing so, either way its counterproductive -Upper management will never listen to feedbacks from people who might solve their issue. But constantly ask why is the same problem happening again. -No one stays for long, workers are probably like batteries for them, strip them when they are out of juice and change them.

Pros

- Decent and reliable projects. - Pretty good office facilities. - Good industry reputation. A good springboard to further your career elsewhere.

Cons

- Producers are the ones carrying the company. Unfortunately this means that they are overworked all the time. - However not all producers are saints. Some are mean, controlling and argumentative. - Upper management doesn't seem to be pulling their weight. They only show up for glamourous stuff and dump the heavy lifting on others. - Upper management is unfriendly and unapproachable.
