Pros

Pros? Really? 1. The only good thing about working here is that you aren't unemployed. 2. If you fancy working under a lobotomized monkey in a 'project manager' costume, then yes, go ahead and work here. 3. You'll learn everything there is to learn about incompetence and corporate politics.

Easily got selected.. . Other then that nothing

I just wanna ask them one thing y u guys are terminating Freshers with out any warning or any valuable reasons.. I'm work here under pressure don't know whn was my turn to get out My job... So I'm not able to concentrate on my job properly.. . Totally frustrated

Thank you for review. Looks like there are information that was not understood correctly. Here are the clarifications for the point mentioned. Each staff has performance appraisals. If the staff do not meet the client needs then the following actions are taken before letting the staff go: • Training • Counselling • Verbal Warning • Written warning/ Memo Also non performing staff are given three written warnings/memo so that they get enough time to correct their performance as required by the client. Only after three warnings and after 30 days if there is no improvement after that the staff is let go. Integra HR

They used a software called HANDDY to track the performance of employee,if the computer is inactive for 4 minutes,it automatically locks the computer.If it happens twice a day then it will result in LOSS OF PAY.Total working hours=9:30 hours we can take a break of 1 hour for lunch and coffee break The canteen doesnt have snacks or lunch or any kind of eatables,so you will have to move out of office for break and lunch,by the time u come back to office your 1 hour break will get over,it also results in LOSS OF PAY. the restroom is located at the corner of the building,you will have to walk so fast that you get back to your seat before 4 minutes to avoid loss of pay. Basic needs of a human is indirectly controlled,it puts them in a restricted environment.This stresses us(employees) to a great extent

Thank you for review. Looks like there are information that was not understood correctly. Here are the clarifications for each of the points. Only benefit provided by the company is cab facility Reply: There are many other benefits that the company provides, such as ESI, PF, health insurance, social activities, bonuses, incentives, flexible working hours and others based on the client requirements. Reply to the rest of the points: Handdy timesheet software is not a performance tracking software it is a time sheet software which is used to send time sheet reports to clients who ask for them, calculate everyone’s salary/payroll, send and track leave requests and also to view emails. The staff only has to work 8.5 hours and in some teams. In some teams only 8 hours and in some other teams if the staff achieve the targets that the client has asked staff can leave even before 8 hours. So all the staff can decide how much break time to take based on their individual needs. All the staff are aware of the different options break time, client specific time etc. that can be selected in the software. The software does not lock the screen if break time is selected. The software locks the screen if the computer is not used and idle for a period of time. This is required by European Union and ISO 27001 data security regulations which we sign with our clients. Integra HR and management have an open door policy. Any staff can walk in to any of the HR office or Directors offices with grievances and it will be taken care of. We also have a ticketing system that anyone can fill in and is monitored by the management as well. Please discuss with HR regarding any other issues you might have to improve the teams. Integra HR
