Cons
Lack of competence is the least of the problems. They harass, humiliate, abuse, bully and exploit staff. Its working culture has nothing to do with humanitarian principles, especially at senior management levels. Whatever function you are hired for, might ask you to mop the floor or carry luggage for the ‘boss’ from the office to his hotel.
