Pros
The team you work with (excluding management) are amazing and passionate. It is just unfortunate that the organisation does not nurture them.
Cons
- Everything is Urgent and that results in things falling through the cracks - Management is poached/funneled from a competitor - There is no person of colour in any management role - Processes and policies are not followed, many shortcuts are taken - There is no induction upon arrival. - Head Office is too far removed from the needs of each campus - No room for growth
