      Great team but lots of burnout and little recognition

      Pros

      Great teams, overall great people to work with. Cool opportunities and they really let you own your work/with very little to no micromanagement from leadership.

      Cons

      Not enough junior staff to support easy-to-reach burnout Lack of diversity as far as black and brown employees (especially in senior/leadership positions) which limits clients and work we could be retaining, not enough recognition for hard work put into the projects

      Great company culture and really put you in the middle everything and that gives the possibility to learn a lot.

      Will sometimes travel for work. You will have a greater appreciation for your life when you no longer work there.

      Cons

      This is the most mismanaged agency of genuinely horrible people. The toxic culture of blaming is rampant.
