      This is a small company that allows you to work closely with every department, including the creative director. Gain valuable experience beyond what is normal for specific positions.

      Cons

      This company is terrible at supporting their employees and there is little to no room for growth professionally or financially. Very disorganized and not quick to problem solve. Little structure and regulation regarding inventory and each departments responsibilities.
