There are some bonuses that happen a few times a year and that are kinda good and high.
Cons
There are some members of staff that treat others aggressively, unclear goals, bad team morale, higher management have no idea what's going on at ground level which makes trouble down the line. The goal overlooks the human element, high stress which leads to people burning out and getting sick.
