It is laid back here, and you are not micro managed. The owners are easy to approach and talk to.
Cons
Come into my office with mouse droppings. I'm the corner and next to my keyboard. Last time I told someone about it, they said it was because I had food in my desk and that if / when I put the food away the mice would stay away. They laid down traps temporarily but I haven't seen any since. It's been 3 months after that conversation and I'm still getting droppings on my desk. My food is put away. I feel I should be able to work in the environment where I don't have to worry about mouse droppings on my keyboard and desk where I work everyday. The cleaning service they bring in doesn't vacuum or mop the bathrooms like they're supposed to either. The work here is very mundane and can be repetitive.
