Pros

Decent pay, great office and good benefits.

Cons

The most dysfunctional management team on the planet. Too many "big fish small pond players who are not ready for the big pond."

Big promises, no follow-through.

Pros

Challenging environment with demanding priorities. Opportunity to be part of a growing company. Small enough to have interaction with executives daily. Benefits and PTO are substantial.

Cons

Employer expects candidates to accept a pay cut in exchange for growth opportunities. However, leadership is still overly involved day-to-day operations, thereby prohibiting career growth. Expect to work long hours and have last minute demands that require dropping high-priority items. Professional boundaries are poorly tolerated and executives do not believe in leading by example or adopt any kind of servant leadership approach, although customer service is preached from the top down.

Thank you for your opinion. We are in the process of making improvements in our culture, which strongly encourage a work-life balance for all employees, regardless of title. As you know with any growing company, this is a challenge and can sometimes be pushed aside unintentionally.
