I have been working at Jacobs full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Large companies, opportunity to work on some iconic projects

    Cons

Management don't provide the support required for you to grow as a professional. Especially when tasked with stretch projects or tasks, you aren't given a mentor to help you as you grow.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Jacobs full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Big and lots of opportunity for movement and projects Lots of money backing Average pay so not much concern for cutting pay further

    Cons

They realised they need to modernise or die, unfortunately they brought on all these diversity and inclusion people in the process who do nothing but complain and cost money They love talking up the company and opportunities and never following through Pay is okay if you're a senior, better if you have leverage, not good for everyone else Communication is bad through management to teams
