    Lot of experienced people to learn from Chance to work on some of the largest projects in the country

    Cons

    Lack of training for graduates, no structured development Sub-par salary. After three years you'll be on around the same as the starting salary at other consultancies.

    Advice to Management

    Review your training structure for graduates and keep tabs on the salaries at other competitor firms to ensure your people don't leave.
