        Lot of experienced people to learn from Chance to work on some of the largest projects in the country

        Cons

        Lack of training for graduates, no structured development Sub-par salary. After three years you'll be on around the same as the starting salary at other consultancies.

        Advice to Management

        Review your training structure for graduates and keep tabs on the salaries at other competitor firms to ensure your people don't leave.

        Pros

        The large size and potential to work in another Jacobs location. Variety of Projects Good internal networking opportunities. Good mix of people with great levels of experience.

        Cons

        Lack of attention to Graduates/onboarding process. Lack of team building exercises internally within the team. Mixed attitudes by team leaders. Can't move across streams. Pay is not competitive at all. Lack of mentoring by existing team members or willingness to teach.

        Advice to Management

        Invest in your graduates, build it from the ground up. Graduates are one of your largest sources of word of mouth for future graduates.

        Large global team with great connectivity. Really encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and if you are a passionate individual you will be highly regarded and given plenty of opportunities. Global leadership and senior management are excellent

        Cons

        Section Management streams need to be revised. Long hours worked over long timeframes without management helping to find a solution. A larger focus on culture and teams - limited funding for team building activities and outside training courses.

        A focus on individuals achievement and individual recognition
