      Bad planning, no internal communication and organization, very bad approach to people... there is no more an HR because the head resigned. bad management and no clear objectives

      The culture is the main competitive advantage of Jagaad. People are respected, heard and involved in the development of the company. New products emerge from the innovative ideas of the people working in Jagaad. Although the company grows towards an adult company, it does offer the flexibility of a start-up.

      Cons

      Building remote engagement is double effort than in an usual company.
