No physical office, meeting co-workers in person will cost traveling outside of your residence.

The culture is the main competitive advantage of Jagaad. People are respected, heard and involved in the development of the company. New products emerge from the innovative ideas of the people working in Jagaad. Although the company grows towards an adult company, it does offer the flexibility of a start-up.

Building remote engagement is double effort than in an usual company.
