      High skilled colleagues from all over the world Cool projects with streamlined processes Friendship among colleagues, support and help Fun team buildings

      Cons

      We are far from each other with colleagues, although remote work is more of an advantage, because otherwise we would never have met with each other

      Bad planning, no internal communication and organization, very bad approach to people... there is no more an HR because the head resigned. bad management and no clear objectives
