It has a friendly environment. You can work on a very good projects with a charming design. Get hired easily. Good place to get experience
Cons
Very Low salary, Unorganized with no discipline on projects. Promotion just make your job double and nothing else.

I have worked for Johnson Chou Inc on more than one occasion. I've come back to this company as they are an ethical, innovative and creative group. The owner is a spectacular Architect with knowledge of every single aspect of design and building. He is hard working and a great inspiration and mentor to his team. The hours are normal for the industry yet provide flexibility when needed. The salary is fair and advancement is possible even encouraged by being driven, a self-starter and excited about the work. Projects are innovative, diverse, and all award worthy.
Cons
As a boutique firm, there's a lot of room for creativity and being attentive to details. This will sometime create more pressure on deadlines because there are more changes that can happen. I know that the company is always looking for talented people with a progressive and professional standard to increase smooth productivity.
