      You have the freedom to grab a problem and fix it Work <> Life balance

      Cons

      - CEO and CTO are 2 of the most "shady" persons I ever met. They focus on spending the less as possible and don't invest; - They apply techniques so they pay less taxes for your salary (e.g: "imaginary" kilometers map); - CFO is common to make mistakes with your payslip; - Some team members think they are building a product for themselves and so they take decisions without knowledge of their superiors; - Not all employees are treated equally (developers have better respected from management)

      - Casual and relaxed atmosphere - Teambuilding activities - Flat hierarchy (kind of) - Good evaluation process (2x / year) associated with bonuses - Teamwork - Little internal bureaucracy - Onboarding - Health insurance

      Cons

      - Lacks the formal existence of an HR team - Salary should be more competitive - Little investment in career growth - Budget for material purchase is very limited - Little flexibility for remote work (previous to Covid) - Members from the engineering teams have to perform work on the support team without any benefit - Seniors fail to motivate juniors - Sort of strict schedule (9-5) - "Picagem do ponto"

      Pros

      - people are always available to help - all team members are eager to share their point of view - work with incredible and talented people - you can improve your skills with courses and conferences paid by the company but you actually don’t have the time for that

      Cons

      - the benefits pack is almost not existent - vision changes a lot - miss organization and a clear goal for the future - salaries are low for this area and is difficult to get a raise unless you have offers from other companies. - mental health is not something that they worry about
